Prof. Dr. Tobias Wendl gave a lecture on 14 December 2016 entitled "Affektive Dynamiken von Bildern: Ikonisierungsprozesse und Ikonoklasmen im Kontext historischer und rezenter Erneuerungsbewegungen in Afrikas" (Affective dynamics of images: Iconization processes and iconoclasms in the context of historical and recent renewal movements in Africa) at the Institute for Social and Cultural Anthropology at the University of Vienna.
