From 11-12 December 2015 the workshop "On the Aesthetics of Resistance" took place at the Kunsthistorisches Institut in Florence - Max Plank Institut. Kerstin Schankweiler gave a lecture entitled "Affective Dynamics of Images in Times of Social Media. Image Testimonies from Egypt, 2010-2013". The paper was later published in kritische berichte (No.1, 2016, "Ästhetik(en) des Widerstands", edited by Carolin Behrmann, Henry Kaap and Joseph Imorde).
