The one-day-workshop gives an introduction to the “Sociology of Knowledge Approach to Discourse” (SKAD) and its application.
In the first section of the workshop (10.00 a.m. – 1.00 p.m.) Dr. Sasa Bosancic will give a lecture on theoretical foundations and main concepts of SKAD. A special emphasis will be put on "Discousre and Affect" and "Discourse and Subjectivation".
In the second section (2.00 – 6.00 p.m.) we will have a "hands-on" workshop. Sasa Bosancic will shortly present main heuristic tools of SKAD. Based on that we will discuss material from CRC-projects working with discourse analysis.
