Anita v. Poser and Edda Willamowski receive Stirling Prize for Best Published Work in Psychological Anthropology

On November 20, 2021, Anita von Poser and Edda Willamowski received the 2021 Stirling Prize for Best Published Work in Psychological Anthropology at the Annual Meetings of the American Anthropological Association (AAA).
The two Social- and Cultural Anthropologists were honored for their joint article "The Power of Shared Embodiment: Renegotiating Non / belonging and In / exclusion in an Ephemeral Community of Care" (published in: Culture, Medicine, and Psychiatry 2020 (44): 610 -628). The prestigious prize is awarded annually for outstanding scientific work in psychological anthropology by the Society for Psychological Anthropology (SPA) of the AAA.
