Margreth Lünenborg and Débora Medeiros contribute a chapter to the discussion of diversity and journalism to the recently published book „Umkämpfte Vielfalt. Affektive Dynamiken institutioneller Diversifizierung“. In “Redaktionen dekolonisieren! Journalismus für die Einwanderungsgesellschaft” they discuss issues related to structural racism within journalism as an institution. How and why these issues must necessarily be resolved through a decolonial approach is emphasized.
