He knows the code: Alexander R. Galloway is a professor for Media, Culture, and Communication at NYU and also a computer programmer. In his books, he offers compelling insights into the structure and effects of software protocols, computer networks, and interfaces.

On December 3, he will discuss the politics, social effects and affectivities of digital media with the SFB Affective Societies.
